Before I founded SOON HR, I spent years working on the front lines of this industry - in shipyards, construction sites, factories, and industrial projects across Europe. I worked alongside teams under real pressure: tight deadlines, shifting schedules, changing requirements, and constant uncertainty. And during those years, I saw the same problems repeating themselves everywhere. Not because people lacked skill or willingness to work, but because companies were not getting the workforce they truly needed. Workers arrived unprepared or mismatched for the task. Communication was slow, unclear, or simply missing. Recruitment partners promised speed, but delivered problems. The result? Delays. Extra costs. Frustration on all sides.

I felt it personally - because I was the worker on the ground dealing with the consequences. At some point, I realized something important: The work itself wasn’t the issue. The staffing system was. And that’s when the idea for SOON HR began to take shape.

I didn’t want to create “just another agency.” The industry already has enough of those. I wanted to build a company that understood both sides of the equation - the needs of businesses and the reality of workers. A company based on honesty, speed, and real collaboration. A company that shows up, communicates clearly, and delivers workers who are actually right for the job - not just available on paper.

 

In 2023, SOON HR officially started. Not from theory, but from hands-on experience. From the belief that staffing can be done better - faster, simpler, more human.

My vision for the future is clear: to grow SOON HR into a trusted European partner that companies rely on when they need skilled workers quickly, reliably, and professionally. To build long-term relationships with clients who value quality. To support workers with real opportunities, fair treatment, and respect. To help projects run smoothly - not just by filling roles, but by strengthening entire teams.
